It seems like everybody's looking for IT professionals nowadays. But to actually get an outsourcing IT software company to fill up the void, solely the need for recruitment doesn't really cut it. This is where you come in and turn it for the better, 'cause we've just begun looking for a Business Sales Representative to expand our current clients and projects portfolio.
This is a brand new role in Brusch Services, a German founded outsourcing company with more than a decade experience in IT software consulting services both in Romania and abroad. Therefore, you'll be working directly with our General Manager in Bucharest to fine tune the adequate strategies for business development. We've got top global and regional players from Banking, Retail and Telecom, to name a few sectors highly active right now.
Let's close in on the facts and jump to the usual tasks:
• Prospect, generate and maintain solid client relationships in IT software services areas;
• Potential opportunity analysis;
• Pre-call planning and research;
• Stimulate the interest of clients;
• Define the needs or critical business issue;
• Diagnose & create vision based on solution (time & material software services and projects);
• Perform opportunity assessment;
• Select competitive strategy;
• Re-engineer the vision with differentiators;
• Develop and manage the evaluation plan (summarize findings, prove capabilities, present preliminary solution, determine value analysis criteria);
• Gain legal/tech/admin approvals;
• Conduct pre-proposal review;
• Reach final agreement;
• Measure success criteria;
• Leverage success.
We're already working with top clients in various domains, therefore we'd like to greet experienced sales professionals in the field also.
Long story short, a successful start might be in order if all these are simultaneously met:
• University degree (preferably in domains as Economics, Computer Science, Psychology);
• Excellent professional competency in English (all levels: understanding, speaking and writing);
• Minimum five years experience in selling services in IT areas (or IT software products, IT software projects, IT software outsourcing, IT software consultancy);
• Preexistent Clients' portfolio in aforementioned IT areas;
• Available for frequent business trips on client sites, usually within Bucharest, but not exclusively limited to it;
• Specific business acumen and good understanding of IT concepts and technologies;
• Good working knowledge with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools;
• Great attitude and presentation skills, able to compose oneself under difficult circumstances and/or high stakes implications;
• Great communication skills regardless the instruments and mediums;
• Diplomacy and flexibility in approaching and dealing with sensitive matters;
• Highly organized, time efficient, priority and goal oriented;
• Trusted team worker and collaborator;
• Able to deliver agreed results under minimum supervision;
• Previous experience in working with CRM type systems – not mandatory, but certainly a plus.
The role is mainly "new business" oriented, but occasionally might also imply keeping close ties with our current clients and new comers as well.
Given the novelty of this position, full tasks details and bonuses plans are to be discussed in a face to face meeting, thus assuring better calibration of specific expectations.
