RESPONSABILITATI

Daily Responsibilities include:

I. Account Manager administrative support.

• Support Account Manager in the daily business-related activities, whenever needed
• Support Account Manager with set up of contracts, offers, other relevant sheets, forms, reports, etc.
• Deputize the Account Manager in his absence or whenever required
• Organize weekly sales meetings and manage the meetings’ agenda and minutes
• Continuous management and bi-weekly monitoring of Forecast and Pipeline, highlight major changes and work together with the Account Manager to ensure quality control
• Accurate and swift execution of Sales Force operations (Opportunities, Customer Admin Activities, new account/contact creation, etc.) and pro-active follow-up
• Follow closely Customer Admin processes according to relevant scorecard and avoid exceptions
• Simplify processes for clients and ourselves. Build your own Customer Admin networking. “Clean” Sales Force of duplicate accounts, contacts, etc.
• Keep Account Manager / Client Specialists copied (or informed) about the status of Customer Admin work (show-stoppers, delays, etc.)

II. Invoicing management. Finance related responsibilities.

• Fast customer service with regard to invoicing process – general information, identifying and correcting errors, kill & re-bill operations, credit and debit notes, etc.
• Interface between Credit Control / Finance / Customer Admin and clients with regard to invoicing, payments, overdue amounts, credit and debit notes, etc.

III. Events and marketing support

• Work closely with the Account Manager and Marketing when organizing company events (conferences, info-days, marketing events)
• Organize the pre-event and post-event actions (finding location, negotiating services, organizing equipment, sending invites and following-up with the invitees, send “thank you” notes, etc.)

Qualifications and requirements:

I. Experience

• Experience in supporting or working within a sales team or sales organization
• Experience with back-office (Admin) processes, related to accounts and sales
• Experience with building and maintaining sales Forecasts and Pipelines
• Knowledge of Admin systems like Siebel, Sales Force, etc.
• MS-Office literacy, especially Excel
• Excellent English – perfect fluency in writing and speaking
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and social skills, easy-going and friendly personality, able to establish solid and effective relations with clients, partners and colleagues
