Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a talented and motivated Business Telesales Representative to develop business and attract delegates to a diverse range of large-scale international conferences.
Responsabilities:
- researching relevant companies in specific industry sectors;
- reaching the upper level management (C-level evecutives/ key decision makers) of those companies over the phone (Cold Calling);
- presenting our events profesionally and highlight the benefits of attending them to the clients;
- building a prospect database through cold calling and research using LinkedIn and other online channels to build a comprehensive sales pipeline;
- working as part of dedicated delegate sales team to hit and exceed revenue targets;
- completing daily sales reports and other related performance feedback;
- receiving training on the sales techniques required to be a successful sales representative;
- representing our brand at all times, through both verbal and written communication;
- learning the art of a professional sales presentation;
- providing ongoing constructive event feedback to production and marketing team on a regular basis.
Key skills:
- advanced level of English;
- solid online prospecting skills;
- self motivated to hit targets with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude;
- highly organized and able to demonstrate excellent time management;
- willingness to learn, flexible and adaptable;
- ability to work independently and as well as part of a team;
- creative thinking skills for problem solving.
