RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a C# Development Team Leader for the development of next generation Retail applications suite. This position requires a person with excellent programming knowledge and experience in developing commercial software, who will contribute to the analysis, design, development and maintenance of various products.
In detail:
 to define and communicate objectives within the development team
 to coordinate, track and manage the activities of the development team
 to perform code review
 to make the analysis of application requirements;
 to determine and evaluate potential solutions;
 to develop system specifications and requirements;
 to create user stories and design application programs to meet the requirements;
 to lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations;
 to provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives;
 to write clean, unit-tested code that is maintainable by all developers on the team.
He/she will work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from consultants; he/she will support and train team members by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities; he/she will collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application.

CERINTE

Technical skills:
 7+ years of C# using all versions of .NET Framework
 Proven experience in design and implementation of complex systems with rigorous data;
 Proven experience with web technologies: ASP.NET, MVC pattern, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS;
 Strong database skills and SQL skills. Working with huge database is a plus;
 Experience in designing and developing desktop WinForms and WPF applications, MVVM pattern is a plus;
 Experience in developing and implementing WCF services and Web services;
 Experience with an industry-leader ORM, like Entity Framework, NHibernate or Link2SQL;
 Experience of embedding quality into the development process, test-driven development;
 Experience using TFS, GIT and Visual Studio 2010 or later;
 Experience in multithreading, parallel programming is a plus;
 Accounting experience and knowledge is a strong plus;


Soft skills:
 Leadership qualities and team leading experience in a small- to medium-sized team of developers;
 Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
 Fluent English (writing & speaking);
 Good communication and influencing skills;
 Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation and team building techniques
 Strong sense of commitment and focus;
 Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others;
 Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new products and technologies.
