Your role will provide an important support to our teams, helping them to deliver great projects to our customers, while respecting the necessary administrative and financial duties as well as quality assurance and benefiting from well organised process and supporting information.



You will work with very qualified and motivated colleagues and as CEO Assistant you will have the opportunity to be at a position of trust.

Education and Experience

- University degree

- Experience in a Software Service Organisation



Duties and Responsabilities

- You are the assistance of the CEO in Bucharest

- You are responsible of monitoring internal activities and producing performance reporting

- You are responsible of the billing process

- You assist the management team in knowledge management, employee training & development program

- You assist pre-sales teams to produce customer proposals and maintain the website



Other Skills

- You are a very organized, autonomous and analytical minded

- You are proactive and result oriented

- You have an easy contact with colleagues ; you are a team player

- You have excellent writing skills; You have a very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, ppt)

- You like to follow established processes and willing to improve them when appropriate

- Fluent in English and French

Anais is specialized in high traffic web sites for the media industry
(TV, newspapers). Our clients (RTL group, IPM group) are currently in Belgium and in France. This year we are planning to enter other countries.
