RESPONSABILITATI

• Manages the agenda of the CEO
• Answers to the incoming calls for the CEO and managing these calls
• Drafting of letters
• On a spot basis, written translation from and/or to Romanian
• Travelling arrangements, hotel booking, flights booking for the Exco members;
• Receiving, distribution and sending of the correspondence for all departments and solving any problem might occur;
• Organize together with the involved SGEBS employees the agenda of visitors. Welcome and receive company guests and all the other secretary activities correlated;
• Support to all departments concerning all administrative activities;
• Customer Contacts Database update.
• Follows any other similar tasks related business requested by the hierarchical superiors.


CERINTE

• University degree;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Good computer knowledge ( Windows, Ms- Office, Word , PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Advanced level of English. French is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Ability to be discreet and to manage confidential information;
• Enterprising, hard working;
• Able to work in international environment;
• Able to work under pressure;
