Start-up business- looking for a CEO- with recovery business knowledge
Finding portfolios for purchase, contacting banks and other institutions in connection with sales of portfolios
Cooperation with the Risks and Analyses Team in portfolio analyses, value appraisals and DD studies
Collection and verification of data delivered to the Fund following periodic asset valuations
Supervision of net asset valuations for the investment fund, including in particular appraisals of the fair value of portfolios
Development and verification of budgets and business plans in the Company
Development and verification of financial models (valuations)
Conducting business and financial analyses of completed investment projects
Development and implementation of debt recovery procedures compliant with the requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority
Development and implementation of new reporting solutions and development of tools for comprehensive analyses of investment projects
Day-to-day reporting to the Company’s Supervision Authorities
Design and development of solutions to support assets management using the available IT tools
Cooperation with entities and institutions in valuation of net assets held by investment funds
Cooperation with supervising institutions
Monitoring and controlling of the Company’s financial reports and data
Supervision of the Company’s Departments and the work of subordinate personnel
Supervision of recovery procedures and decision as to recovery methods t be applied in cases of securitized receivables
Higher education (in economics, business or law) and additional professional training
Excellent familiarity with the debt recovery business
At least three years in an executive position directly relating to debt recovery
Expertise in finance management and financial markets
Extensive knowledge relevant to the structure, functioning and evaluation of financial instruments;
Experience in evaluations of investment projects, appraisals of their profitability, and in development of financial models
Practical skills in human resources management
Creativity, high level of commitment and analytical talents
Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure to produce results
Good decision maker
Dynamic and determined at work
Practical fluency in English
Flexible in interpersonal contacts
Immune to stress
