- The main role for this position is managing online market research project teams for international clients, acting as a liaison between client and internal departments, monitoring the progression of each stage of the project and ensuring the data accuracy and time management of the projects;
- Responsible with establishing research design and structure and proposing alternative methodologies to the client. Building, testing and improving measurement instruments, such as questionnaires or interview guidelines will also be part of the job.
- Liaises with the client in all phases of the project. Provides solutions and suggests methodological alternatives in order to meet the client¿s research objectives.
- Sampling: ability to handle data and run statistical analysis (SPSS)
- Data analysis: data interpretation and reporting.
- University graduate (Marketing, Sociology, Statistics or related sciences).
- Relevant experience in market research.
- Knowledge of research design, questionnaire building, statistical analysis and sampling.
- Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member/leader. Team spirit and leadership skills
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure.
- Strong customer care attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced computer skills.
