We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist - 6 months
Partner Program Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on program and be ready to explain to BU teams within country organisation
- work with BU and Channel sales to consolidate candidate proposal for the program
- Execute on program communication - internally and externally (guidelines provided by EMEA)
- Local interface to make sure that partner status is properly reflected in database: profiling (flagging, end dates) to ensure that correct partners are in scope, contract, communication, certification, partner validation in Siebel:
- Partner selection based on sales, growth, attach, specialization and geographycal coverage
- Regular follow up on requirements fullfilment
- Local translations and adaptation (from English language) , building collaterals and sending them to the proper target
Portal and e-communication
In cooperation with regional EEM program coordinator:
- work with central teams and local channel sales to ensure that relevant content is provided
- Content feeding for intranet, smartportal,e-comm tool
- Ensure timeliy execution of visibility of content
- Ensure privacy compliance for navigation
Co-marketing operations
- coordinate with BU marketing and channel sales on collection of co-marketing plans
- consolidate plans in the predefined format
- Act as a subject matter expert for audit and compliance with regards to co-mkt program
- Manage purchase order related tasks ensuring compliance with our policies and standards of business conduct
- Manage claiming process: receive and check invoices and POP documents and initiate payment acc to local country processes
- ensure timely accrual process/reporting according to process defined by SPO finance
- act as a local escalation point
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong process orientation
- Ability to manage processes involving multiple teams
- Sensitive to timelines and committed to quality
- Basic program management skills
- Some marketing experience is an advantage but not requirement
