Job responsibilities:
• Manages of participates in the effort on the new functional and design changes of the channel
• Responsible for designing and approval of channel related processes
• UAT of initiatives under Channel Road MAP
• Applications – the product specialist may be assigned to be functional owner of a certain application owed by department. In such case the responsibilities are:
- approves any minor change to the application
- submits to the approval of the Management any major change to the application
- approves the promotion to production of any change
Job requirements:
• University degree
• Experience in retail banking is an advantage
• Proactively, interpersonal and very good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, self starter, result orientated
• Very good level of English
• Ability to coordinate teams or to develop towards this
