For one of our clients, local insurance broker, part of an international market leader in insurance sector, Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a:
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Overall description of the job:
1. Budget
ü Settle a budget, with analytic & Interco
ü Follow the budget monthly and propose actions in order to respect it
ü Review the budget quarterly for the group => Forecast
2. Accounting, Closing and Consolidation
ü Quaterly consolidation package to produce for the Group (intercompany accounts reconciliation, controls…)
ü Explanations of the results, analysis, analytic P&L
ü Responsible of the accounting of the company, and the fiscality
evolution of analytical accounting
3. Internal Control : lead and guarantee the protection system of the Division
ü Risk assessment (accounting, financial, systems, HR, process, supply chain)
ü Follow the audit recommendations
ü Settle the internal control in the company with the support of the group
P Reveal the anomalies, suggest and operate corrective actions
4. Cost controlling:
ü Businesses Plans for each new project
ü Profit Matrix for a new contract, assist the management in the pricing
ü Profitability analysis
P Elaboration of dashboards and piloting of APRIL Polska
5. Cash:
ü Cash management
ü Optimization
6. Operations
ü Be close to the operations of the companies in order to understand the functionment, the resources, the needs.
Solid backround in controlling area;
Advanced English Level
Backround in insurance sector would be a plus
Experience in managing a team
B.Sc in Economics
