The Cisco Voice & Network Administrator is responsible for the development and maintenance of Metro Group network voice infrastructure and specific services in order to ensure their efficiency.
Job description
Assures support for Metro Group international VoIP and standard voice services;
Diagnose and solve problems with CISCO and Siemens HiPath/HiCom IP Telephony infrastructure;
Diagnose and solve telecommunications-related hardware and application problems;
Administer and monitor the main voice infrastructure components at various business units;
Identify, solve and report voice/network issues.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge of network architectures and TCP/IP suite protocols;
Good knowledge of Voice over IP, routing and switching;
Good knowledge of installing and supporting Siemens HiPath/HiCom;
Advanced knowledge of installing and clustering CUCM, configure dial plan, LDAP synchronization;
Advanced knowledge of installing and supporting Cisco CME;
IT certifications from Cisco represent an advantage;
Good communication skills, ability to work with teams from different locations;
Self-learning, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
Proactive, goal oriented;
Good communication skills, team player, ability to work in international teams;
Excellent customer orientation skills;
Very good command of English language.
