Management of claim cases related to all products sold by BRD Asigurari de Viata (group and individual contracts)
Database management regarding information related to claim process
Maintain constant and effective communication and correspondence with the Chief of Claim department and respond efficiently to its requests
Maintain a permanent and effective communication and correspondence with clients and bank representatives regarding group and individual life contracts, about claims files completed or underway.
Develop periodic reports regarding claims management and submission of reports
Receiving, registration and evaluate claim files according to the level of delegation / authorization and request further information when is necessary
Complaints management
Alert management regarding the issues that could arise or arising in the claims management
Participate in developing specific procedures and documents related with claim management
Provides suggestions to improve the activity and procedures.
Master degree
Experience in Claims for Life insurance (5 years)
Experience in Underwriting (2 years)
Experience in an international Group and/or broker is an advantage
Very good knowledge of Excel and office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced level of English; French is an advantage.
