• Overseeing the daily Claim To Pay rebate payments to the distributors including;
• Overseeing the daily Sales Out & Inventory Reporting from the Distributor;
• Overseeing of the bi-monthly MDF/CDF/Reward payments to partner;
• Dealing with the daily issues/escalations from the team;
• Key user for any esap system issues within the CTP/SOIR processes using Solman to log queries;
• Daily monitoring/guidance and prioritising of work to team members via daily/weekly and 1:1 meetings;
• Weekly/monthly monitoring meetings with CTP manager;
• Support for the facilitation & mobilization of subject matter expert roles to support and enable the smooth running of the team;
• Support on any process enhancement/redesign, co-ordinate resource and knowledge to achieve business requirements(Finance, Marketing, Distribution Operations).
`• Experience of supervising a small team;
• Exposure to SAP/Oracle;
• Distributor operations Vendor to Disti or Disti to Vendor;
• Order to revenue & contra revenue business process experience;
• EDI knowledge/experience desirable;
• Fluent in English;
• Second language is an advantage(French/German/Italian/Spanish/Nordics).
