Adecco Romania is looking for its client, one of the world’s leading insurance companies, for a Client Support Officer with German.
For travel and retail insurance customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you will be responsible to assess and pay cancellation fees or repair costs.
- Perform full scope of claims activities
- Conduct examination and assessment of claims
- Calculate claims amount
- Execute payments
- Manage correspondence with clients
- Track information in the relevant applications
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Good German, minimum B1 certification. Good English is a plus.
- Preferably 1-3 years work experience, but not required
- Knowledge of insurance business, ideally in claims management
- Proactive attitude, team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good MS Office skil
