• Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates;
• Recording the collections into the Company’s AR management module;
• Issuing and sending to customers the FX debit notes (where the case is);
• Sending payment reminders / making collection calls in a professional manner;
• Review the open accounts receivables and prepare the AR reports required by Group’s management;
• Monitoring the receivables and reporting the overdue accounts to Credit Insurer.
Adecco Professional Placement is recruiting on behalf of its customer, an important agri-business company, a Collections Specialist for a 6 months project.
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable from the existing client base and all other aspects relating to collections. The position will report to the European Finance Manager.
• Fluent in English;
• A 3 years of corporate collections experience;
• Good communication and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
• Experience in agri-business is preferred but not required;
