Execute the maintenance and operations activities within assigned COM, ensuring the quality and continuity of the services as per the company KPIs, within the bugeted costs. Execute the network extensions. Detect and repair disfunctions of network elements.
- Execute accurate and in-time work orders of the assigned COM.
- Perform acceptance on the site.
- Ensure network functionality in the limit of KPI through interventions, corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
- Give technical assistance to suppliers and subcontractors or partners (Equant etc).
- Customer complaints treatment through TTT, DTT analysis and field actions.
- Manage administrative situations and unpredictable cases.
- Involved in operational activities which are specific to Technician job, as far as the required resourses are missing.
- At least 1 year experience in Telecommunication equipment maintenance
- University degree in Telecommunications
- Fluency in English
- Driving license
