Responsibilities:
Be point of contact with agents (across the continent) on opportunities;
Grow the agent network and manage the performance expectation;
Need to interpret customer insight, market conditions, sales and performance data to identify new developments and propose areas for development to improve commercial performance;
Seek business opportunities and represent the ‘front of house’ to clients and prospective clients;
Have commercial acumen and offer advice and knowledge on all aspects of the business ;
Task driven and demanding of same from team – highly accurate;
To oversee all operations of LOTS;
Set strategy on LOT creation;
To ensure all correct;
B2C sales oversee;
Lead generation and task allocation;
Reports into Financial Director.
Requirements:
University degree;
At least 5 years of commercial experience;
Experience of working in a large multi-national company;
International experience preferable;
Experience in electrical industry;
Commercially focused with financial experience;
Excellent customer relationship skills;
Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken in English and multilingual;
Excellent leadership, planning, organization skills;
Proactive problem solver;
Strong analytical skills and capability;
Strong decision making skills;
Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
Detail driven;
Strategic thinker.
