Preparing, consolidating and monitoring the staff budget;
Administering the annual salary review and bonus calculation processes, working closely with the line of service people partner, Human Capital leader and other Human Capital and Finance colleagues as appropriate;
Keeping up-to-date with and applying relevant standards, legislative and regulatory changes and other policy developments, processes, and standards, in so far as they impact reward and remuneration;
Managing and interpreting reward market intelligence using established salary surveys and base pay / total cash information/trends;
Collaborating with Recruitment & Mobility team to prepare hiring offers for both local and international, internal and external candidates;
Providing on-going recommendations for improving the existing benefits offering;
Managing the relationship with benefits suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring quality of services provided;
Developing and improving the skills and experience of others in the team, and display role model behaviours.
Proven, demonstrable reward experience with strong technical reward skills, knowledge of best practice and a broad understanding of commercial and business issues;
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills and ability to flex style in a fluid environment and with members of the leadership teams;
Strong IT (particularly Excel) and analytical skills;
Able to apply consultative style on complex issues, before reaching a conclusion;
Able to plan and organise complex projects successfully, including the delegation of tasks as necessary, in a structured and practical way.
