What will your job be about?
Coordinates the job (re)evaluation process of existing and newly established positions
Actively participates in the revision and design of the compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure alignment and consistency between different countries
Provides counselling and specialized advise for a consistent implementation of the compensation and benefits policy and related procedures
Coordinates the market research and analysis regarding pay practices and benefits packages; processes raw data for the salary surveys, analyses and presents results, makes recommendations
Performs internal analysis on the compensation plans and practices (of the current and proposed future scenarios) and also on the benefits costs and allocation; drafts related reports and presentations
Manages the benefits contracts with the existing vendors ensuring cost control, visibility on benefits usage, and optimization of the benefits offer for the employees
Coordinates the market research process for new benefits vendors, participates in defining the contractual and collaboration framework;
Manages the communication process for the targeted employees for new and existing benefits; collects employee’s feedback and promptly solves employees queries related to the benefits offer
Actively participates in implementation process of tools and applications in compensation and benefits area in order to streamline, automate and optimize the current way of working
University Degree
Previous experience on a similar or equivalent position in compensation and benefits area – minimum 2 years
Solid knowledge of the following areas: Job evaluation principles, benefits plans design and administration ,Romanian fiscal legislation related to employees’ benefits
English language skills – at least B2 level on CEF scale
MS Office Proficiency, including MS Excel – advanced level
Good planning and organizing skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Solid project management skills
