RESPONSABILITATI

Main Responsibilities:
-Salary proposals for new hires and job changes;
-Provide support with the market salary survey(s) – data gathering, process control, data evaluation, etc;
-Building the internal salary scale based on market data and internal job benchmarking;
-Providing advice on incentive/bonus/sales schemes;
-Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefit scheme to be applied properly.

Job requirements:
-Academic degree in Economics;
-Min 3 years experience in HR, compensation and benefits;
-In-depth knowledge in local labor law & Tax regulations;
-Work experience in international environment with excellent English communication skills;
-Strong PC skills.
