The purpose of this role is to review each customer account record within the Temenos CRM System, referred to as T-Force. and to
perform a gap analysis of individual Contact records stored versus individual contact records needed for each customer account. Your
main responsibilities will be;
0 To review each customer account record and perform a gap analysis of the missing individual contact data needed;
0 To liaise with account managers in the first instance to identify any of the missing contacts;
To perform desktop, internet and telephone research to the source the contact information when the account manager is
unable to provide the contact data required;
To enter the individual contact data into T-Force ensuring that all mandatory data fields are completed;
To ensure all data amended or entered into T-Force is 100% accurate at the time of entry;
To work efficiently and methodically to against daily targets based on a defined set of daily measurement;
To deliver a weekly report on the if of new contacts sourced and fully completed and the number of Customer accounts that
have the complete set of minimum contacts required.
