HP Services TSG Customer Support manages the end-to-end support services value chain to maximize profitable growth for a wide range of products and solutions.
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for keeping the systems up-to-date from a contract administration stand point, customer entitlement and invoicing.
You will be responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction with your dedicated tasks.
You will be responsible for the quality measures of the data in the systems - which are being checked by error reporting, feedback of the TSG Front office Administration team, feedback from the customers, supported countries and the local delivery organization. Furthermore deadlines for every specific task have to be respected.
Main tasks:
Operational Excellence:
- ensure that data entry is performed as per given process
- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- ensure that close relationship to TSG Front office Admin teams is kept
- ensure that mandatory trainings are covered on time
- operational review
- internal survey results
- error reporting
Customer Satisfaction
- contract registration
- Support quotation process
- Clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive resolution
- Active relationship management with stakeholders
Specific tasks:
-registration of contracts
-final registration of contracts
-ongoing contracts changes
- handling of renewal process for the customer
-operational review
Minimum requirements:
-Economical or engineering background
- Total professional experience of at least 1 year
- Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills
- Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
- A computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
- Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines.
- Organizational and inter personal skills
- A person interested in back office work
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in contract management and/or telephone support and /or microcomputer industry
- Experience in SAP — contract management it's a plus
- Good written and oral skills in a second language: French is a plus
