- Coordinates and controls the daily contracts activities;
- Review, negotiate and drafts Client contracts;
- Ensure that all tenders are analyzed and negotiated in all commitment stages in compliance with company policies and in cooperation with division personnel;
- Promotes awareness of contractual implication amongst division personnel;
- Establish and maintain a strong-working relationship with Client and division Personnel;
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, standards and procedures and contractual obligation;
- Provides legal support to operations in order to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies,
- Actively assists Contracts Manager to implement procedures, practices, guidelines and templates;
- Give training on company contractual policy to division personnel.
University Degree - Degree in law (preferred); finance, business administration;
• Professional Experience: minimum 3 years work experience, dealing with contracts preferred and/or directly involved in client’s negotiation;
• Proficiency in English;
• Very good Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Other Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation skills).
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage and coordinate several difficult tasks at any time.
- Ability to understand, analyze and use facts quickly and logically.
- Ability to respond to operational needs on a timely basis
- Strong interpersonal skills.
