• Support Local Manager in the coordination and supervising the implementation of the activities
• Ensure an accurate tracking of the program implementation status by using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, SAP etc.)
• Providing support in the evaluation and the assessment of the new potential initiatives to be included in the roadmap.
• Providing support in knowledge sharing activities of the program inside the organization ( e.g.:specific reviews, information campaign, work out, cascade meetings).
• Reporting activities, in particular regarding financials and main KPIs
• Monitoring and comparison of actual versus costs budgeted ones and investigation of potential differences.
• Handling of the Controlling Module of SAP
• The position implies a strong exposure to internal clients.
• Degree in Economics/ Management Engineering
• Previous experience ( at least 3 years) in Controlling Area
• Excellence knowledge of English
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of other ERP systems will be considered an advantage
• Very good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point functions
