The role is fairly compensated with a fixed salary and a generous bonus scheme. You would be working mostly at our Client's HQ with a team to manage remote (on clients' premises in Bucharest). The role requires zero mobility outside Bucharest and limited within Bucharest.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a Coordinating Auditor, for our Client, a multinational auditing company.
The role focus is to coordinate a team of 3 senior auditors who assist their clients to recover profits from usual transactions with agreed suppliers. This involves analysis of sales versus contractual provisions and it involves auditor presence on-site at client's premises.
Your daily tasks will include:
-Verify team reports on client contracts provisions
-Compare with deliverable between contractual provisions and invoicing
-Validating discrepancies & decisions
-Helping (if needed) or validating the gathering of evidence and building up arguments
-Communicating with Client and their suplliers
-Agree with the suppliers financial recovery terms
-Following up on recovery

You are the best match should you:
- Count at least 1 year of coordinating small teams (3-5 persons, audit)
- Are a senior auditor with an average experience of 3 years in financial and internal audit (industry or consultancy)
- Have an entrepreneurial side and are comfortable with fixed base salary and monthly performance bonus
- Are open to an initial of 6 months contract with high possibility of turning to undetermined labour contract.
