RESPONSABILITATI

•Analyze, clarify and test requirements of service orders received from other departments in order to ensure proper and timely implementation of these.
•Cooperates with involved departments in order to eliminate the problems found in service orders;
•Report information regarding the maintained equipment in order to identify solutions to improve the network performances and to eliminate the nonconformities;
•Analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions, founded, signaled by other departments or customers complained, according to internal agreed procedures thereby increasing performance indicators and customer satisfaction;
•Monitors and secures the access to managed equipment and applications in order to assure the secure usage and to avoid improper system usage;
•Offers support for configuration, test and acceptance of the equipment and applications in order to assure a proper deployment for services for the clients;
•Collaborates with providers of equipment and services in order to inform about the nonconformities and solve together the errors occurred in managed equipment, according to existing procedures;
•Implements software and/or hardware corrections and upgrades in order to assure a good and continues functioning of the equipment;
•Reports the result of functionality tests, in order to maintain tracking of performed procedures;
•Prepares working instructions and tests procedures according to equipment provider recommendations and apply them in all operational activities in order to increase the efficiency;
•Monitors the indicators of network performance (Basic Key Performance Indicator) in order to assure the network functionality according to the parameters agreed internally and to apply actively corrective actions;
•Offers trainings to the new personal within Operation and Maintenance Division in order to increase continuously the level of colleague’s technical knowledge;
•May be requested to works in stand-by schema during the off-hours and gets into company’s premises in case it is needed to support continuously the network operation;
•Reports to superior remarkable events appeared at working place in order to maintain tracking and to have effective working methods, ranked efficiently.


CERINTE

•University degree in electronics, telecommunication or related fields;
•Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications/computer science field;
•Knowledge of operation systems and flowing applications: SUN Solaris, Unix, Windows etc - medium;
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office - medium;
•Knowledge of switching systems - advanced;
•Knowledge of mobile telecommunications - medium;
•Knowledge of computer networks and data transmissions - medium;
•Knowledge in Ethernet, TCP/IP protocols and digital transmissions – advanced;
•Knowledge of optical fiber transmission systems – basic;
•Knowledge of English - medium.
