Drive lock forecast preparation for all PSG Product Lines going EOL
- Communicate with sales to gather forecast for :
- Local named accounts
- Global named accounts
- NAL to cover small local and global business
- Get Forecast sign off (from local Sales and from local category) including check that VD forecast is taken into account
- Provide to EMEA CEOL coordinator named account level per month
Manage country demand during EOL period :
- Maintain forecast : Named accounts and NAL
- Highlight/request potential lock revision (upside/downside need) before hard lock
- Obtain & execute arbitration (from local ACM)
-Work in coordination with product roll managers in countris
DAILY tasks :
Look at the EOL board (landing chart + NAL level)
Anticipate NAL evolution and maintain it at a sufficient level to cover RR business
Manage the blocked orders :
Transfer from indirect or other country if needed
Validate Named Account left to release (to free up units if needed)
Cancel Orders if possible/needed
Manage demand versus forecast
Communicate on a weekly basis to sales :
- Risk with associated tactical approach
Planning and business sense
Good organization skills
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Ability to interact with sales
Ability to work in virtual team and teamwork with it
Good IT skills such as Sharepoint mgt etc...
