-Build-up and lead our office in Bucharest
-Implement the entry and growth strategy in Romania
-Have full responsibility for Sales and Business Development within Romania
-Develop and lead the Romanian team
-Represent the company at industry events and promotional activities
-Report directly to the CEO
PROFILE
-3-5 years of experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility
-Proven experience and knowledge of the construction and / or real estate industry
-Proven track record in sales
-Proven track record in B2B SaaS is a plus
-Proven leadership and management skills
-Excellent spoken and written Romanian and English skills
-Driving License for cars
-Willingness to travel
