OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Plan, budget, execute and measure integrated marketing and communications campaigns in line with global guidelines and reflecting local specifics to position our master brand (Accenture) and sub-brands (AccentureConsulting; AccentureStrategy; Accenture Digital; Accenture Technology; Accenture Operations) as a great place to work and desired employer for best talents.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
-Position Accenture on the labor market as an employer of choice within all target segments(experienced professionals and fresh graduates)
-Define the strategy and the annual Recruitment Marketing plan, in cooperation with the Recruitment Lead, to achieve targets in employer brand recognition
-Plan and execute innovative tactics - events, collaterals, advertising (online, print, outdoor),Media Relations, Social Media) on time and on budget
-Coordinate a team of marketing professionals nationwide
-Work autonomously and build partnership with the Recruitment team and the business stakeholders, global and regional marketing teams and external providers
-Monitor the employer brand value through surveys and suggest corrective actions

-Minimum of 6 years work experience in Marketing & Communications or Public Relations
-Multinational company experience required
-Experienced in developing and implementing Recruitment Marketing campaigns using wide portfolio of online and offline channels
-Experienced in managing teams, allocate responsibilities and measure results
-Strong organization skills and attention to detail
-Able to manage complex projects, multiple budgets and external vendors
-Excellent written and spoken English language skills
-Proactive self-starter who can work under pressure and at a fast pace
