Our Client is a multinational company, commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve financial objectives set/given to assigned Country Sales group.
2. Involve dealers effectively in order to develop lots of local-oriented end-user customers for top line growth with RS standard products.
3. Improve Installation order entry and project follow up.
4. Implement product marketing strategy by conducting product promotional programs provided by Marketing.
5. Control expense branch budget and take a significant responsibility in PD process for optimizing the operating profit.
6. Conduct/train Account Managers toward more result-oriented and profit conscious through the programs of “Value Selling”, “Price to Value”, and etc.
Enough knowledge of retail refrigeration/installation products, application, market and competition, and be capable enough to supervise dealers
5 to 10 years experience of field sales which includes the sales thorough dealers/distributors with standard products/pricing and deep knowledge of installation works.
Mandatory fluency in English.
Ability to travel 35% - 60% of the time.
Strong computer skills.
