The purpose of this role is to manage the sales force expansion in the market by providing sales leadership and run the day to day business activities. In addition, the Country Sales Manager is responsible for the short and long-term market penetration objectives and serves as a strong liaison between the market and the Company.
Sales
Þ To recruit, train and empower the Sales Force by following Company recruiting guidelines
Þ To organize, attend and animate demonstration events following Company business model
Þ To organize regional weekly meetings, conferences and trainings
Þ To identify, develop and coach future Unit Managers
Marketing
Þ To implement/execute marketing and promotional programs
Þ To maintain full knowledge of product line and applications
Þ To maintain timely, accurate communication with the Company
Administration
Þ To deal with logistics and order handling by collecting sales orders and transmit to the warehouse as well as receive and deliver the products to the sales force
Þ To collect payments and ensure good cash management in particular in terms of inventory and receivable
Þ To ensure that quarterly closing are performed on a timely basis
General
Þ To put into practice the best practices & knowledge acquired at trainings
Þ To ensure consistent implementation of Company philosophy, as well as safeguarding company image
PROFILE
Þ Good organization skills
Þ Strong communicator
Þ Previous experience in a coordination & leadership role in direct selling is required
Þ Good education background and good English knowledge is a must
Þ Strong support for developing your activity
