CSM will be solely responsible for establishing the company’s presence and driving sales activities in Romania;
CSM should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts - large retail accounts / hypermarket chains for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the territory and traditional market;
CS will be responsible to develop the whole sales segment in the country for products under the Distribution Product Portfolio, according to the sales policy;
Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing;
Responsible for Annual Revenue Target;.
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle;
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects;
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports;
Responsible for recruitment of a team in Romania and managing it;
This position reports to the Export Manager.
Sales experinece in the non-food department is a MUST;
At least 4 years of sales experience focused on large retail accounts / hypermarkets is a MUST;
Strong leadership with contacts in hypermarket chains and influential skills and traditional market;
Self starter—Independent remote worker;
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team;
Strong leadership skills;
Able to deliver business value to the sales operation and customer;
Strong negotiatin and presentation skills;
Ability to develop relationships ;
Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
Willingness to travel across the country;
Advanced knowledge of English (as a benefit not required).
