Key responsibilities
* Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and up to date client details and account records
* Prepare weekly cash flow, direct method;
* Prepare weekly AR reports, retail & corporate, in order to monitor the overdue payments
* Monitoring the terms and conditions of corporate sales contract
* Assisting with monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
* Updating and maintaining filing systems
* Resolving any queries from colleagues and clients
* Ensure debts are paid in a timely and effective manner
* Respond promptly and completely to both customer and internal enquiries
* Providing accounts information to senior management
* Following the divisions debt collection policy
* Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
* Experience working with large, high-traffic websites, preferably e-commerce sites
* Minimum 3 years of experience
* Pragmatic and results-focused
* Able to work well independently and within a team; good communication skills with a "can do" attitude toward problem solving
* English level – fluent
* Experience in retail industry would be a plus
