One of the world's leading financial service providers is opening a new center in Bucharest and is looking for talented and ambitious professionals to build up the team.
As a CREDIT RISK DEVELOPER your main responsibilities will consist in:
* Designing and developing new projects and enhancements for Credit Risk systems;
* Delivering and presenting proof of concept solutions to senior management;
* Working in teams following agile development practices such as Test Driven;
* Being involved in Development, Continuous Integration and time-boxed iterative development;
* Participating and leading design workshops;
* Performing code reviews and reviews of technical documentation;
* Interacting with Credit Risk clients to design and implement appropriate technical solutions;
* Owning the full development lifecycle, including the delivery of quality technical materials for each project;
* Working with off-shore vendor resources and development activities;
* Working with remote client resources;
* Learning new technologies and languages (such as Hadoop);
* Supporting the business during the testing phase of projects.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* Strong working knowledge of core Java and Object Orientated Analysis/ Design, WebLogic, J2SE, Spring;
* Hadoop (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Oozie and potentially others in that “ecosystem”);
* GwT and HTML5, Flex, XML;
* Scrum experience;
* Web Development (JavaScript, HTML, DHTML);
* Unix Shell programming (Suse Linux);
* RDBMS Systems (preferably Oracle);
* (pl-)SQL;
* Unit Testing (nUnit);
* Distributed Systems;
* Continuous Integration;
* Good knowledge of UML;
* Desirable to have Credit Risk knowledge.
