We are a leading regulated, registered Financial Adviser firm and are now looking to expand our team in our existing locations in Bucharest.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in the financial arena.
No financial qualifications are required, all we ask is that you are a great communicator with the public and you have at least 2 years’ experience within a sales or telemarketing role.
As a CRM/Paraplanner, you would be reporting to and assisting the Wealth Manager to reach monthly and annual revenue targets. You will be computer literate, organized and goal orientated. The ideal candidate will be process orientated, pay close attention to detail and have analytical thinking skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance
• Serve as first point of contact for incoming client communication
• Cold and warm calling with prospective clients and working closely with the Wealth Manager
• Prepare for client service review meetings, held by the Wealth Manager
• Seminar & event organiser - to organise & prepare seminars for Wealth Managers to hold talks with groups of individuals looking for financial advice. To plan & enable these to run as smoothly as possible & to get the best purchase for the Wealth Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telemarketing/Cold Calling
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good team player and should meet or exceed goals
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, driven and creative
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
