Your primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service via phone and email in English & French.
The daily activity involves interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Helpful and patient people by nature
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French (advanced level of English and French is a must)
Strong analytical & problem solving abilities
Strong work ethics with remarkable customer handling skills
Knowledge of relevant computer and internet applications
Paid training in Customer Care
Flexible working hours (morning and late afternoon shifts included)
Free transportation at night
