General description:
the activity is performed according to the lot of packaging / accessories / auxiliary / raw materials / various - the necessary orders required by company
* Liaising between internal and external providers designated by the customers within the organization to support business success and growth.
* Plays a daily key rule in the communication and information flow between operational departments.
General Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily communication and follow up on all aspect of purchasing project with relevant departments to support business needs.
• Maintenance and update of suppliers and customer's data base within the company:analyze new orders into the system and ordering the provider to perform taking into account the delivery time from the supplier to beneficiary;
- collection of data in agreed timely manner, including all relevant data required for execution of projects.
- inputting data to CRM system
-analysis of stock level, reports and complaints; closing IT system ref. orders came in the factory; On arrival, to check the amount to match the Incoming mail ordered
- preparation of weekly and monthly reports on various criteria.
• Establishing and implementing quality standards in the field of mutual relationships with clients Adesgo and continuous improvement
• Provide and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers
-knowledge of English, advanced level required - eliminating condition
-proficient user of Microsoft Office suite - Excel , specific software applications (CRM , etc . ) – eliminating condition ;
-knowledge and skills in managing purchasing for customer relationships
-studies in economics / trade - an advantage ;
-background in the textile can be advantage;
-minimum 4 years experience in purchasing / commercial service / customer support in developing commercial contracts (purchasing represents advantage ) .
-knowledge of inventory management ;
-experience for using integrated accounting ERP - commercial - management ;
-person structured , organized , analytical, positive attitude and customer oriented solutions.
-attention to details, speed and compliance dead -lines under pressure;
-very good communication and management skills;
salary will be agreed according to experience level and wages scale within the company, launch tickets, monthly public transportation subscription, plus other bonuses according to collective labor contract provisions in force
