RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

-Liaise with the central shared service centre and external authorities and accounting company on behalf of the region.
-Support requirements of the country manager and commercial team
-Processing orders for product from customers in the Kingspan commercial IT system
-Lead communication between the supply factories and local operation(s)
-Answer promptly to client requests / questions regarding different aspects of services / company products
-Support marketing initiatives as required i.e. (mail shot, exhibitions, telephone sales, data base filling)
-Interaction with and support of the external accounting support across the region
-Managing banking activities and relationships
-Support customs clearance activities as needed
-Monitoring and management of expense claims and other similar issues
-Implementation and enforcement of the Group Credit Control Policy across the region
-Supervision of customer accounts balances and following up on outstanding balances with and through the sales and customer service teams throughout the region
-Evaluation of customer risk profile as determined
-Liaison with commercial management and divisional credit controller regarding decisions to stop supply
-Liaison with customers in settling disagreements and disputes when necessary
-Ensuring that the necessary data is collected on all customers prior to client authorisation
-Preparation of weekly / monthly reports for use by senior management
-Maintenance of the debtors ledger ensuring accuracy of customer balances at all times


CERINTE

-Education: Degree level qualification
-Experience: Preferably experience in office management, credit management and or experience in customer liaison
-Fluent English level is essential
-Work with a PC – Excellent PC skills are necessary with particular expertise in Excel.
