Librabank seeks a Database Administrator to provides 1st and 2nd line DBA support for:
- Oracle10+, Microsoft SQL-Server 2000
- Development, Test and Production database environments
- Including fault tunning, diagnosis and corrections that occur with each of the database types.
Requirements:
ORACLE
- Production / Development DB Administration of ORACLE Version 10+
- Unix/ Linux OS CLI
- ORACLE Server installation, configuration and maintenance
- ORACLE Server version migration(s) and upgrades
- REPLICATION design, build and support
- Performance tuning of ORACLE Servers and Unix/Linux configurations
- SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting
MSSQL
- Production / Development DB Administration
- SQL Server installation, configuration and maintenance
- DTS, OLAP and REPLICATION design, build and support
- Performance tuning of databases and operationg system
- SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
- Degree educated: Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics or Electronics Degree
- Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional/Associate
- 3 to 5 years of working experience
- 3 years+ Computer Industry
- 2 years+ Production/Development
- Production support DBA experience across SQL Server/ ORACLE database technologies
