About the function
• Part of Supply Chain Department (Warehousing, Primary Transport, Secondary Transport, Customer Service);
• Responsible of leading the planning team (Demand and Supply planners);
Main responsibilities
• Managed all the aspects of demand analysis and forecasting (short term and long term forecasting);
• Work closely to commercial team to ensure high level of forecast accuracy;
• Managed the short and medium term production planning (daily/weekly level) based on demand planning;
• Work closely to production team to ensure high level of fill rate and low level of overstock and waste as well;
• Support Supply Chain Director in the Sales & Operations Planning;
• Manage the stock deployment for the distribution network;
• Maintain demand planning system and software (SAP/APO)
Experience / Job-related Skills
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience in the FMCG industry;
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods
• Knowledge of SAP/APO or other MRP solution;
• Good Excel skills;
• Good command of the English language;
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams;
