- Experience in Finance & Accounting/Supply Chain
- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt trained
- Change management skills & Facilitation Skills;
- Problem Solving tools/analytical skills;
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills;
- Some background on statistics is preferable;
- High energy level, confident and assertive;
