Roton Records, Warner Music licensee for Romania is recruiting an enthusiastic PR Specialist. Our new colleague will play a key role in promoting artists as well as representing the label. Prepare for a fun environment full of ideas and trends!
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of digital Marketing & PR campaigns
Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
Updating the company’s websites and sending newsletters
Social media campaign management and coordination (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)
Media partnerships
Attending and implementing PR events
Creating PR materials – press releases, speeches, artist biographies, crisis management declarations, visuals, etc
Maintaining a strong relationship with the targeted media (music blogs, TV, press&online etc)
Liaising with the media (local and international radio, TV, press&online etc.) and key spokespeople
Researching, writing and distributing press releases, articles, speeches and reports to targeted media
Skills:
Proficient in English, written and spoken
A very creative spirit but with a client oriented edge
Doggedness and determination
Excellent writing skills and willingness to use them; excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
Well organized and able to set priorities and meet deadlines
Fast understanding and adapting at solving crisis situations
