The position involves taking/making calls in French and English, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system.
As a Dispatch Center Operator, your task will be:
- to handle our clients' calls in an effective and pleasant way, with complete professionalism, with courtesy and accuracy, meeting service quality standards;
- to receive, register and process customer’s requests and complaints in accordance with the specific working instructions.
