- Document cases for each incident, handle cases meeting
- Service Level Agreements (customer requirements), follow up case status
- Troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues.
- Equipment install, setup and deployment.
- Provision of equipment both in the office and abroad.
- RSA token management and user management in AD.
