Overall this role is responsible for working with the client to develop and organize Blended Learning programs or skill area curriculum. Key activities include:
• Guide client SMEs, Curriculum Managers and Selected providers through a consistent implementation process through requirements definition, design, development and implementation phases
• Work with client SMEs, Curriculum Managers and Vendor Management to choose and evaluate appropriate providers
• Track all ongoing development projects and maintain an ongoing status overview
• Steer on technology options in alignment with client´s IT
• Guide Curriculum Managers in choosing the appropriate acquisition method of Blended modalities:
- Catalogue offering
- Adaptation of a provider offering
- Straight conversion of existing content to Blended/e-Learning content
- In-house design including the use of content authoring tools by SME’s
- External development including customized content with vendor
In addition to specific support on initiatives, the eLearning specialist will also:
- Support discussions on strategic aspects of Blended/e-learning.
- Promote innovative and creative ideas for e-learning delivery/design, etc.
- Seek out and share Blended/e-learning best practices
-Continuously coach the Curriculum Managers and ensure a consistent understanding on blended learning techniques.
3-5 years blended learning development or project management experience
Knowledge of the third party e-learning market is particularly valued
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree
Fluent in English
