Help document the design decisions and architectural directions

Define rules, guidelines and processes
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to eCommerce Hybris implementation.
Minimum 5 years IT experience as a software architect or developer preferably in a eCommerce / web / front-end environment
Technically skilled in common architecture frameworks and services
Hands-on experience with Hybris E-Commerce platform
3+ years of experience in developing with J2EE technologies
Good knowledge of Spring framework
Ability to quickly review requirements and map it to the tool capabilities and help with technical design
Good communication skills
Good English language skills
