1. Analyze the business requirements specification in order to find out proper solution for implementation/customization/upgrade/integration in the company’s ERP Applications;
2. Define the data & operational flow, based on the business requirements and ERP Applications functionalities and according with these, define the operational procedures in order to assure proper implementation of Company projects;
3. Implement ERP Applications in order to be compliant with Company business processes;
4. Administrate the user access, reference data and check of the operations data consistency in order to provide a reliable environment for ERP applications;
5. Test new features in order to assure that the business requirements are met and the complete compatibility of the new ERP Applications features with other applications in place;
6. Provide first level of support for the users in order to assure the correct and efficient usage of the ERP Applications;
7. Resolve in timely manner the complaints reported in the dedicated application from the users and provide feed-back as to minimize business disruption caused by ERP applications problems;
8. Create/update the documentation for the modifications/developments of existing/new ERP Applications features in order to comply with the office/department policy, procedures and processes.
9. Define the reports & statistics scripts, exports-imports the figures and formats them;
10. Define and manage the internal products codes in ERP AN/GS1 standard;
University Degree (Technical/Economical) ;
At least 2 years’ experience in the related field (telecom and ERP experience represents an advantage);
Knowledge of applications development, using SQL Server;
Knowledge of ERP Administration - advanced;
Knowledge of at least 2 areas of ERP/SAP : Financial and Sales;
Economical knowledge – medium;
Knowledge of working with MS Office (Word/ Excel / Access) –advanced;
English language (both written and spoken) – advanced;
Enthusiasm, positive attitude, integrity, cooperation, communication, learning ability.
