As ERP Senior Advisor in the Performance and Technology department, you will be mainly responsible for undertaking reviews of and advising clients on the use of business processes and related IT Systems to maximize their effectiveness, integrity, reliability and security.
You will be managing some engagements, including planning and scoping, resourcing, staff management and reviewing the work of others or you will be working in a team on larger, more complex, engagements.
You will be responsible for arranging and attending client engagement meetings, communicating with the client during engagements, carrying out risk and control assessments, processes analysis and documentation, IT systems selection and implementation assistance and preparing reports.
- University degree in Economics or IT
- 3-5 years experience in business and/or IT consulting
Required knowledge:
- Business processes analysis and design of recommendations for improvement
- Business processes integration with business model
- Cost accounting, management and optimization
- Organizational management
Experience in/with:
- Accounting & finance
- ERP and CRM systems (experience in system implementations, writing business specifications)
- SAP FI/CO/ AM knowledge would be a plus
- Business processes design and re-design tools and methodologies would be a plus
