Acquire PeopleSoft knowledge (both technical and business - Accounting, Supply Chain Management)
Ensure a good understanding of functional specifications
Analyze and understand the customer's needs and the encountered problems/ bugs;
Perform functional and basic technical analysis on the assigned tickets and handle the communication with the users;
Create SQLs and request data updates in the system;
Last year student or graduate of IT studies;
Good SQL knowledge (PL/SQL);
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting/Supply Chain Management is a plus;
Good English skills, French is a plus;
Customer facing skills, good communication skills
